Debra has been specializing in Wedding and Event design for over sixteen years. She is known throughout the floral industry for her innovative designs and her beautiful presentation. For over six years, Debra had biweekly scheduled appearances on greater Portland's own CBS station, WGME News Channel 13 at Noon. Throughout her career, Debra's work has also been featured in countless newspapers, Grace Ormonde Marriage Magazine and most recently on The Knot.Com. Our Commitment: DCD is a privately owned design studio specializing in superior service and creative designs. We pride ourselves in being a small business that strives for impeccable service.
